Kundenfeedback: Installation mit zwei Matten schnell und intuitiv

We recently received great customer feedback. Sven installed a trailpulse setup with two mats and shared his experience afterwards.

Installation with an iPhone worked very well. He highlighted the intuitive video guide, the easy setup flow in the trailpulse-installer-app, and the quick on-site installation and box positioning.

Important improvement point

One challenge remained: channel assignment with two mats. It was not fully clear which connector and mat correspond to channel 1 vs channel 2. He solved it by testing the signal curve, but clearer channel labeling would help a lot.

This is exactly the kind of feedback we value. We are using it to improve installation clarity in upcoming iterations.
